Returns, Repairs, & Resizes
Each Atratus piece is made by hand with care and intention. Because of the small-batch,
made-to-order, and custom nature of the work, I have a few guidelines around returns, sizing,
and repairs.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the made-to-order and custom nature of the jewelry.
This includes custom pieces, personalized jewelry, custom sizing, custom stones, engraving,
and variations made specifically to your specifications.
Please review your order details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about sizing,
materials, stones, or a particular design, I’m always happy to help before you place your order.
If Something Is Wrong
I stand behind my work. If there is an issue with your jewelry due to a defect or a problem with
the craftsmanship, please contact me within 15 days of delivery at
I’ll assess the issue and work with you to determine the best way to make it right.
Repairs
Repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the piece, the nature of the
damage, and the repair required. Repair fees may apply.
Please contact Atratus before taking your jewelry to another jeweler for repair or alteration so I
can properly assess the issue and determine the best course of action. Repairs or alterations
performed by another jeweler may affect my ability to address the issue.
Resizing
Resizing is available for gold pieces only and is assessed on a case-by-case basis depending
on the design.
Not all rings can be resized. In particular, bands with highly detailed engraving that extends
around the entire band generally cannot be resized without compromising the design.
Resizing fees may apply depending on the piece and the amount of adjustment needed.
Please double-check your ring size before placing your order. If you are unsure of your size, I’m
happy to help you determine the best size before your piece is made.
Care & Wear
Jewelry is made to be worn and enjoyed, but some materials and designs require more care
than others. Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, or damage caused by outside
repairs or alterations are not considered defects in craftsmanship.
If you’re ever unsure about the care of your jewelry or notice something that doesn’t seem right,
please reach out. I’m always happy to take a look and help determine the best way to care for or
repair your piece.
If you have any questions about sizing, materials, or repairs, please reach out before placing
your order. I’m always happy to help.
